Shalom bayis is so much more than just getting along with your spouse.
Shalom bayis isn’t the absence of issues, it’s learning how to solve those issues in a productive respectful way.
Shalom Bayis is learning to love your spouse despite his shortcomings.
Shalom bayis is learning your role as a wife and how to fulfill that role to its max.ย
The Torah has information on improving our life in every regard, including our shalom bayis. With careful research, rabbinic guidance, and experience I have designed the marriage formula to teach the Torahโs formula for shalom bayis.ย
This course was developed to address the significant need among women for greater understanding of their role as wives and how to build satisfying marriages.

After a brief lesson on learning the skill of silence, We will then apply everything we learned in all the weeks through role play and Q&A. This class will be heavily dependent on your active participation so come prepared with real life scenarios and awesome questions!
Nava is a certified marriage coachย and kallah teacher. She feels fortunate to have received a direct mesorah on taharas hamishpachah from Rebbetzin Gruner (of Yerushalayim), as well as having received a direct mesorah on shalom bayis from Mrs. Leah Richeimer, author of Marriage Secrets. Navaโs passion and mission is to help women realize their inner potential for acquiring everlasting happiness and love in their marriage. Her sympathy, sincerity, and non judgmental nature combined with her listening skills, and keen understanding of people is what makes her a wonderful coach. Nava currently lives in Chicago with her husband and their six children.
How many classes are included in this course?

Will there be Q and Aย
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Yes, there will be up to 30 minutes of Q and A at the end of each class

All stages! From newlywed to great grandmothers. It is especially wise for a newlywed (0-5 years) to take it so she can learn to do it right from the start.
Can this course benefit someone in an abusive marriage?
If you are in an abusive marriage, this course is not geared for you. There are many resources out there to help you (such as Shalom Taskforce on the East Coast or Shalva in the Midwest) Please get the help you need.
