I left a message a few days ago to register & I still get an error “Number has expired…” when I call in?

Every time I call in it prompts me to register again.
The system is not registering the 00 it’s only registering the first digit. Press the numbers consecutively – 1-0-0 for the women’s line or 2-0-0 for the men’s line.
I keep getting a message maxed out lines.

My husband & I share the same phone. Can there be 1 number for both the men’s line & women’s line?
No. You each need a separate phone number.
How many phone numbers can be added to the line that I can call from?
Each spouse can add up to 2 phone numbers to call in from.
How can I unsubscribe from the paid hotline?
Call 845-400-9559 & press 2. Make sure you call in from the phone number you subscribed with. If you get an error – IT’S VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CONTACT ME.
