- Session 2: Get nursing off to a great start and SOS 1. Fill your toolbox that will make you into an educated confident and empowered mom who knows and understand her choices and makes the decisions that feel right for her and her baby! 2. Recognize red flags from the start and learn to trouble shoot when challenges arise.
- Session 3: Bringing it all together 1. Feel confident that this time will be different 2. Know your choices and feel empowered to block out others voices and tune into your own. 3. Feel joy inner peace and love your new baby more than ever! 4. Become familiar with emotional blockages that may be keeping you from reaching your nursing dreams whatever they may be!

Raizy Janklowicz is an ibclc, a EFT practitioner as well as a life coach in training supporting postpartum families for over a decade. Her unique approach to breastfeeding helps moms to access inner blockages that may be holding them back from experiencing the newborn time with joy love and inner peace. Her educational groups fro moms have empowered moms to have a better experience the next time around!
She lives in Brooklyn with her six beautiful children and each of their nursing journeys has taught herso much and enabled her to understand and support struggling moms
- I have learned so much about breastfeeding already what sources is this information coming from? This information is taught from a social emotional attachment perspective which will positively affect your mothering in all areas. There is also scientific backing for all information taught. There are many Torah sources as well.
- Is this for me if I′ve already tried breastfeeding other babies before? Yes! Actually your prior experience has taught you what you want to do differently this time. I will teach you how to hear the information from your heart and shut out others’ voices so you can hear your own and make choices from a place of strength and confidence. We will also learn to uncover blockages that may have gotten in the way during previous experiences.
- When is the best time to take this course? Its always a good time to learn more , but previous participants have enjoyed taking it during a pregnancy or in the first 6 months post partum because thats a time you can actually try the techniques and tips.

This series is pre recorded and will be available for playback for four weeks after the first class is released. It is my dream for each of you to become an Empowered Mom by the end of the series. I want you to know and understand what is going on for you and your baby no matter the challenge. I want you to feel calm confident and connected to your baby even through possible struggles and even when you need to reach out for help. I want you to know that nursing your baby is a privilege but also a choice that you can make based on what is working and what so not for you for your baby and for your whole family. I want you to rediscover the joy and beauty that that only a new baby can bring!
