II’m Gila.
First and foremost, I’m a wife. I’m also a mother, Shvigger and Bubby.
I’ve been giving marriage courses for well over twenty years. Kedushas Habayis – the Holiness of a Jewish Home, has been my passion for years. I taught hundreds of classes on the topic. I’ve also had the privilege to be a Kalla teacher and trainer for Kalla teachers for the past two decades.
Enough about myself, let’s speak about you.

For years I believed taking marriage classes saturated with our holy Torah’s wisdom + working on our middos was enough to change a marriage.
And it was. For some women.
But so many women were still frustrated.
Marriages were peaceful – but lacking depth and vitality.
Women lacked perspective.
Women were feeling guilty and ashamed.
Women were disconnected from their bodies and desires.
Women were confused.

When is the course starting? How does it work?
We are starting Monday, June 3rd with our KICK OFF call and Topic 1. Q&A are done via Zoom, Webinar topics are done by recording. You will receive in your inbox the information about the recordings and where to find them on our HEARTLINE. New topics are opened weekly or bi weekly. Each recording is between 10-30 mins.Will this be another class telling me I need to be available for my husband all the time?

This course is for regular marriages with the regular challenges. It is not created to deal with these specific situations. However, this course is really ABOUT YOU, not your husband. You will learn tools and techniques to enhance your marriage – whatever your circumstances are. I suggest you speak to a Rav or a professional who is familiar with your situation before making the commitment.I suffered from trauma/abuse earlier in my life. Will this course help me?
If you have not been treated by a professional for this issue, PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS COURSE! It will be difficult for you to absorb the material and could possibly do more harm than good. Go get help and come back in a year or so. If you did receive therapy but still feel there are some scars, I advise you to discuss this with a professional before joining us. If you are in therapy now, please discuss with your therapist whether this is the right time for you to take this course. If you feel the trauma no longer affects your level of function, this course will contribute to even deeper healing. Many of our participants report incredible changes only after going through the entire program.My husband is the least desirous between us. Do you address this situation?

There are varied reasons for a man’s lack of libido- sometimes it is quite complex.
