Not a formula that I made up.

A formula that is divine, a formula from the Torah.

Shalom bayis is so much more than just getting along with your spouse.

Shalom bayis isn't the absence of issues, it's learning how to solve those issues in a productive respectful way.

Shalom Bayis is learning to love your spouse despite his shortcomings.

Shalom bayis is learning your role as a wife and how to fulfill that role to its max.

The Torah has information on improving our life in every regard, including our shalom bayis. With careful research, rabbinic guidance, and experience I have designed the marriage formula to teach the Torah’s formula for shalom bayis.
