I called Rivky about joining this class because I am a bit young and not going through menopause. At 42 I am apprehensive about the changes yet to come. I am so glad that I joined because I no longer worry about what is to be. I have a full set of tools.

Rivky was my daughter’s Kallah teacher. I called her about a health issue that caused me to have persistent bleeding. Turns out I was also starting perimenopause. Later I saw a flyer for her yearly menopause talk. I am so glad I was able to join it.
