I’ve heard a lot of great things about Maca. I have been giving it to my teen to try for her depresion. It’s been a weird time to try anything new as the world is on hold and waiting seems to be what we all are doing but overall I would say she is doing good. None of us have motivation right now. We are all just chilling but when I ask her to do something she does. She has been helping her sisters with there homework. I should put that I also am giving her Ashwaganda and omega with this. The combination seems to be a good one.
